About our Council
Our Lady of Guadalupe Council was founded in 2006 through the efforts of the our chartered members. It is named after Our Lady of Guadalupe, who is our Marion Saint. Being a parish council, we work closely with the Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish in Queen Creek, supporting the many ministries of our parish, providing funds for various projects and volunteering for such activities as the Father McGivney Food Bank every Monday.
For the past four (4) years of our council's existence, December marks a three (3) day "Pilgrimage" in the honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe that takes place in Queen Creek, AZ. Our council have provided the yearly pilgrimage with a sizeable cash donation and food for the pilgrims to offset their expenses. Our Lady of Guadalupe is our patron saint and we are delighted to be of help and are determined to continue with our support in the future.
